Speaker Bios:
Dmetri M. Berko, PMP, MPM, earned his Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Calgary in 2006, and his Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, Devry University, in 2011. Dmetri has worked as a Technical Sales Specialist for SIN-CAN INC. from 2006 to 2008 and as an HSPR/Recruiter for Devry Institute of Technology until last year. He is currently the Professional Contingency Recruiter at DMA Canada Consulting. Dmetri specializes in full-cycle contingency recruiting for permanent and contract roles within Information Technology, Project Management, and Business Development.
Brett Wiens earned his Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Master of Geographic Information Systems (MGIS) from the University of Calgary in 2004 and 2005 respectively. In the following years, he worked as an MGIS Program Administrator and a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary. Brett was also a GIS Consultant for Golder Associated Ltd. from 2006 to 2009. Since then, he has been working as a Land GIS Coordinator at Cenovus Energy Ltd. Finally, Brett’s specialties include ArcGIS GIS Analysis, Visual Basic Programming and Development, Cartographic Representation and Enhanced Oil Land Acquisitions and Divestments (GIS).
